Forums Help

FSF Forums Director: Mr. Hawg

The FSF Forums is the community hub of the entire group with close to 200 participating members and around 4,000 posts a month. The Forums are supervised by the FSF Forums Director, Mr. Hawg and a dedicated team of hosts and members who moderate their own sections of the forums in order to keep them clean and socialable.

During ideal circumstances, as long as the FSF website is up and accessible and you need to contact the forums director you may do so here: http://www.sb254.com/hinformation.php?id=142. If the FSF website is down or the Forums Director is not accessible and there is an emergency, please refer to our reporting problems area.

Reporting Problems

There are three ways to report problems to us.
  1. Submit a bug report - If you are able to login to the FSF AMS and are experiencing a problem then submit a big report.

  2. Help & Assistance Forums - If you are unable to login to the FSF AMS and/or cannot access the bug report form then post to the Help & Assistance forum to alert us to your problem. Be descriptive and allow us a way to contact you if we need to.

  3. Emergency Procedures - If the above two options are not available to you and there is a critical problem (server down, mass website outages, forums or AMS down) and the problem IS NOT reported on the front page of this help website then follow the listed Emergency Procedures. These procedures should be a last resort and SHOULD NOT be used to report small problems like script errors or login errors.

Changing Your Forums Email Address

Email address information is the absolute most important piece of information for the FSF to maintain. It is so important that we keep accurate email information for all members in the FSF. back to top

Mailing List Subscriptions

The FSF has began moving away from streamline mailing lists like yahoogroups in favor of mailinglists supported by us, the FSF. The FSF mailinglists are supported by a dual combination of support from both the FSF AMS and the FSF Forums. In order to join an FSF mailinglist you must be registered on the FSF Forums with the email address of the same one assigned to your FSF AMS account. Based on your email address, forum usergroup assignments, and ams settings you have a list of "possible" lists that you could be subscribed to. To view your subscriptions via the forums go here: http://forums.sb254.com/m2f_usercp.php. You must login to the FSF Forums first.
